help! cannot change "Mass Forums Settings"

when i try it.

It take long time.

this hack is excellent

Redid the Mass Forum Settings, its INSTANTLY fast now :)

It sets all forums using 3 queries and calling 1 function for build_forum_permissions();

It will be changed to this in v1.5.1
